We ship both Domestic (India) and Worldwide.

Order Processing

Order handling time takes 1-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Mon-Sat)

The best way to find out when your order will arrive is to add your purchases to your cart, enter your zip code, and click the 'Quote Shipping' button. We guarantee that your order will be shipped on or before the date used to calculate those scheduled delivery dates. This is usually ship on same day you place your order if placed before 12 PM IST, but the daily cut-off time varies with order volume. The only exceptions to our guarantee are for orders with the following:

• Payment Problems Payment processing issues will postpone the shipment of your order until we contact you for a resolution (be sure to provide your best contact information, we won't use it for marketing or share it with anyone). This includes any order with fraud concerns.
  
  
• Address Problems We want to ensure we are shipping to the correct address before the package leaves our facility. . If we cannot validate your shipping address, we hold your order until we can do so.  We will attempt to contact you immediately.
  
  
• Inventory Problems We make great efforts to keep our inventory figures accurate on our website so that you never are able to purchase a stock that we do not have. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent the occasional inaccuracy. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email if this happens with your order. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be placed on hold for up to one business day while we wait for a response and resolution. At the end of this period, if we have not heard from you we will remove the oversold item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days. However, there might be unforeseen delays beyond our control. In such cases, we'll work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

International Shipping (Outside India)

We ship to all countries. Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually packed within 2-4 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 10-14 business days from the order's ship date. However, depends on different' country's import regulation, custom can hold your package for inspection which can delay the delivery.

Identity & Credit Card Verification

To provide top tier security for our customers, pattupavadai.com reserves the right to request identity verification via email. If we do not receive verification of identity via email within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.

Duties & Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Pattu Pavadai cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
