Shipping Availability

We ship both Domestic (India) and Worldwide.

Order Processing

Order handling time takes 1–3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Saturday).

We do not process or dispatch shipments on Public National Holidays in India. Orders placed on these days will be handled on the next business day.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped on or before the date used to calculate the scheduled delivery dates. This is usually the same day you place your order if placed before 12 PM IST, but the daily cut-off time may vary depending on order volume.

The only exceptions to our shipping timeline are orders affected by the following circumstances:

Payment Problems

Payment processing issues may postpone the shipment of your order until we contact you for a resolution.

This includes orders that require additional verification or have fraud-related concerns.

Address Problems

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address before the package leaves our facility.

If we cannot validate your shipping address, we may place your order on hold until the address can be verified. We will attempt to contact you immediately.

Inventory Problems

We make every effort to keep our inventory figures accurate on our website. However, occasional inventory inaccuracies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email.

If we are unable to reach you, your order may be placed on hold for up to one business day while we wait for a response and resolution.

At the end of this period, if we have not heard from you, we may remove the oversold item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items.

Domestic (India) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and item weight.

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will generally become active within 24 hours.

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver all domestic orders within 5–7 business days.

However, unforeseen delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

International Shipping (Outside India)

We ship to countries worldwide.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred on international shipments.

International Delivery Time

Orders are usually packed within 2–4 business days.

International orders are usually delivered within 10–14 business days from the order's ship date.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's import regulations. Customs authorities may hold packages for inspection, which can result in additional delivery delays.

Identity & Credit Card Verification

If we do not receive the requested identity verification within 3 days of our request, the order may be cancelled.

Duties & Taxes

All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.

The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. PattuPavadai.com cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
